TACTICAL BLEED CONTROL (TBC) is dedicated to empowering individuals and organizations with practical, life-saving bleeding control skills. Our mission is simple: train people to act confidently and effectively in emergency situations to save lives.
At the core of what we do is the STOP THE BLEED® course, a globally recognized program developed by the American College of Surgeons and supported by the U.S. Department of Defense. Based on the proven principles of Tactical Combat Casualty Care (TCCC), STOP THE BLEED® has trained millions of people worldwide in essential bleeding control techniques.
Our courses are hands-on, interactive, and designed for real-world situations, giving participants the skills and confidence to respond immediately in emergencies. We offer training for individuals, schools, workplaces, and community groups, helping create a safer and more prepared society.
In addition to training, TBC provides bleeding control kits and essential equipment, so that you can apply what you’ve learned with the right tools on hand.
