Shipping & Delivery

We’ve partnered with The Courier Guy to handle all deliveries, offering reliable service across South Africa.

  • Major cities: typically 2–4 working days

  • Outlying areas and farms: delivery may take slightly longer

Please note that delivery times can occasionally be affected by peak seasons, weather conditions, or unforeseen disruptions.

Our goal is to have your order packed and ready for collection by the next business day after payment is received.

Flat-Rate Shipping

To keep things simple and transparent:

  • Flat-rate shipping of R150 applies to all orders (up to 5kg), orders above 5kg may incur additional costs.

  • Free shipping is not offered as standard, but may be available from time to time via promotional discount codes

International Shipping

We do not offer international shipping via the website.
For export or international orders, please contact us directly via email to discuss options.

Self-Collection

Self-collection is not available as a standard option.
If you would like to request self-collection:

  • Please contact us via email

  • All collections must be approved by management

  • Orders must be paid in full prior to collection

Packaging

We care about both saving lives and reducing waste.

Where possible, we use pre-used packaging materials to minimize environmental impact. All shipments are packed using clean, structurally sound materials that are suitable to protect your order in transit.
