Returns & Refunds Policy

(Physical Kits & Equipment Only)

This policy applies only to physical products, including bleeding control kits, equipment and consumables listed on our website.
STOP THE BLEED® courses and training bookings are governed by a separate cancellation and refund policy, which is outlined in our FAQ section.

When Returns or Exchanges Are Accepted

Returns or exchanges may be requested only in the following circumstances:

You received the incorrect product
The product arrived damaged or defective

Timeframe for Returns

All return or exchange requests must be initiated within five (5) calendar days of delivery.

Requests submitted outside of this period may not be accepted.

Your Options

Once a return has been approved, you may choose to:

Receive a refund, less any applicable processing, admin, or handling fees; or
Request a replacement or exchange, subject to stock availability and applicable supplier return or approval policies

How to Request a Return or Exchange

Your request must include:

The item(s) you wish to return
The reason for the return
Whether you are requesting a refund or replacement
Proof of purchase, where required
Supporting photographs, where applicable

If TACTICAL BLEED CONTROL reasonably requires proof of purchase or suspects irregular or fraudulent activity, such proof must be provided in order for the return or refund to be processed.

Once approved, return instructions and the return address will be provided on request.

Return Shipping

The buyer is responsible for either dropping off the product or covering all return shipping costs
Original shipping fees are non-refundable
Shipping costs will only be covered by TACTICAL BLEED CONTROL where the return is due to an error on our part

Condition of Returned Products

To be eligible for a return, products must be:

Unused
Undamaged
In their original packaging
Securely packaged to prevent damage during return transit

Products returned in an unsuitable or unsafe condition may be rejected.

Product Inspection & Approval

All returned items are subject to inspection upon receipt
Products that show signs of use, misuse, negligence, or tampering will not qualify for a refund
This includes any opened or compromised sterile items

You will be notified via email once the inspection is complete and whether the return has been approved.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 30 days of receiving the returned product
Refunds will exclude the original shipping fee
Refunds will be issued using the original payment method, where possible

Excluded Items (Non-Returnable)

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

Single-use items (including but not limited to tourniquets and emergency shears)
Sterile products that have been opened or unsealed
Products damaged through misuse or negligence
